Eric Adile Iroajugh is a multitalented academic and technocrat, boasting a diverse skill set as a PR and development communication expert, sustainability analyst, brand consultant, and dedicated learning facilitator. As the CEO and Lead Consultant of LeCadeau Consulting, a prominent and integrated consulting group, Iroajugh spearheads initiatives aimed at fostering innovation, excellence, and sustainability at the intersection of technology, business, and society. Iroajugh’s exceptional capacity to manage the quadruple demands of contemporary leadership—communication, sustainability, technology, and intelligence—underscores his impact across industries, including forming and sustaining partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders. He played strategic implementation roles in various projects and initiatives funded by prestigious organizations such as ECOWAS, the United Nations, the European Union, the African Union, the African Development Bank, the Ford Foundation, Catholic Agencies for Overseas Development (CAFOD), Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Federal Government MDAs, and several state governments.
Iroajugh holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mass Communication and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing (PR focus) from the University of Nigeria. A Pan Atlantic University Certificate in Advanced Writing and Reporting (AWARES) and various United Nations Institute of Training and Research (UNITAR) Certificates of Completion, including Global Terrorism, International Peacekeeping and Conflict Resolution, and International Humanitarian Law and Law of Armed Conflict, among other several certificates and awards.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Development Communication at the Institute of Strategic and Development Communication, Nasarawa State University, Iroajugh is an active member of prestigious organizations and institutions. He serves as a member of the Board of Training Faculty at Abuja Enterprise Agency, a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), the Impact Communication Institute (ICI), the Inter-Agency Network on Education in Emergency (INEE), the Society for Health Communication (SHC), and the Global Plastic Action Partnership Task Force, among others.
Furthermore, Iroajugh is a Fellow and Member of the Governing Council at the Nigeria Institute of Social Media Analysts (NISMA), the National Coordinator, and a Fellow of the Institute of Conflict Management and Negotiation Analysts (ICMNA). He is the founder of the Alikwomobu Centre for Sustainability and Participatory Development (ACSPD) and the author of the book ‘Sustainability PR: Emerging Roles for PR Practitioners’.
